75,000 PPH Rental Boiler

Rasmussen Mechanical Services South Dakota rental team successfully delivered and installed a 75,000 PPH trailer-mounted watertube boiler (Unit WT-75) at Glacial Lakes Energy’s Huron facility. The turnkey rental package included a fully integrated boiler system pre-piped and mounted on a transportable trailer.

Key components included a packaged boiler with burner, flame safeguard, combustion control system, and a modulating feedwater valve. The system was installed under normal working conditions and provided immediate steam capacity to support plant operations.

Detailed specifications and drawings were provided to the client as part of the deployment.
