Trane Package Unit Replacement

Rasmussen Mechanical was contacted to remove and replace a Trane rooftop unit for the government building in downtown Sioux City. While the building was only 4 stories tall, the units had to be lifted over 8 stories before they could be lowered. The old unit was replaced with a Trane IntelliPak 2 package unit which offers a broad range of energy-saving and control features to help achieve LEED® certification.
